You set your own retail margin. Each item has a transparent, fixed base cost covering the blank product and your chosen decoration method - you choose your markup above that, and it's paid directly to you on every sale.

Every order is produced on demand in Australia, with standard dispatch within 7-10 business days. You don't need to manage customer issues - if an item has a defect or production error, our team handles replacement and support directly. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

No minimums on most products - order one, or one thousand.

Yes. Every store gets a free mymerchstore.com.au web address included, or you can connect your own domain name instead - that only costs whatever your domain registrar charges (a small one-off fee, typically renewed every couple of years), and we can help you set one up if you don't already have one.

Yes - set it to Private and add a passkey, so only the people you share it with can get in.

Those are website builders - you still have to source your own products, hold stock, and pack and ship every order yourself, on top of paying a monthly fee and a cut of every sale. We do the sourcing, production and shipping for you, and it costs nothing to run - no plan, no transaction fee.
